But remember, there’s no substitute for having a professional San Diego Realtor review recent sale activity with you. The San Diego Realty Pros Realtors continually view homes for sale. We attend Realtor caravans of homes as they hit that market. We’ve seen inside most of the homes that you’ll find in this recent sales search. And that makes a big difference when analyzing recent home sales data. When you see that a house in Carmel Valley just sold for $1.2Million, and the neighbor’s house sold just a week before for $900,000. you will understandably be confused. A good Realtor will know that the more expensive home sold for $1.2 Million because it was highly upgraded with a great view. The neighbor’s home sold for a lot less because it was a probate sale and the sellers had not updated the home since it was built in 1985!
