This is the easiest way to find home values in San Diego. Simply input the street address of the property that interests you. The Home Value Estimator will search all of the recent comparable sales. The sales data includes all of the homes sold in the neighborhood in the past sixty days. This guarantees that you have the latest information to determine the San Diego home values. The properties that are used as comparable sales are clearly displayed, so you’ll see exactly how the home value is being calculated. The subject property is displayed on a Google Streetview map. The sold property locations are also displayed on a map. So you’ll also know how the location of the home that interest you compares to the homes that have recently sold.
